By default PHP-Fusion has their logo at the top of the site. This logo can be customized to your liking. In order to change the logo, you will need to be able to access the server files to upload your own image. The Default image can be seen in the snapshot to the right.
The default banner/logo has a transparent background and is in PNG format. Below is the default logo and a sample log we will replace the default with. You will want to edit the Default banner/logo to retain the original size and file format. The default size of the banner is 255 x 89.

After you have your banner/logo is finished, follow the steps below to change the banner on your site.
Steps to change the banner/logo
- Upload your image to the images folder in your PHP-Fusion document root directory.
- Log into your PHP-Fusion Admin Panel and go to Admin panel > Settings > Main.
The Site Banner box will show the location of the banner/logo on the server. (See image to the right)
Rename the following:
images/php-fusion-logo.png
So that the image name matches your image name you uploaded. In this case we are renaming it to logo.png.
images/logo.png
Click Save Settings.
Your banner/logo should immediately show at the top of your PHP-Fusion site.

Hello alexisistemas,
Thank you for contacting us. Since our PHP Fusion articles have not been updated in quite a while, here is a link to the official PHP Fusion tutorial on using the Banner Manager. It includes updated information for the current version of PHP Fusion.
Thank you,
John-Paul
Your articles are very helpful. I’m happy to be an IMH customer (sharec5). I have changed the logo and it shows fine in Firefox. However, the logo won’t showup in IE 10. Would you know why it doesn’t show? Thanks for any help!
Hello Adarsh,
Thank you for your question. There seems to be an issue with IE10 displaying .png files.
Here is a link to a workaround I found in the Official PHP-Fusion forums.
If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

Hello Isaiasrj,
Thanks for repeated question. If you’re trying to change the dimensions of the top of the theme, then you will need to make changes in the STYLES.CSS. There is no ONE thing called “top” in PHP Fusion. Your changes will involve several elements of the theme. You will need to become familiar with the theme and CSS for PHP fusion because you will need to change several items before the changes to the website theme apply to the area you’re trying to change.

Arnel C.
