Websites that are geared for multi-language support have special codes you can use to display your admin sections in the language of your preference. An example of where this is used is the interface language of programs like MediaWiki, DokuWiki, or TikiWiki. To do change your administration language, you need a web host with PHP support to use a special code in the configuration file for the software. There are many different codes available that correlate to each different language.
