Our system administrators, or sysadmins, will oftentimes install complex software on your behalf. This is normally done for free unless there’s a high amount of man hours required to complete the installation.
If there will be a software installation charge, our Systems team will provide you a quote before anything is done. You’ll also be notified if the price has changed or if there are any complications.
This lists below are subject to change without notification. Software installation prices and availability can vary depending on your hosting plan. All software installations must be reviewed by our Systems support before we can verify if the software can or cannot be installed on your server.

Software Installation Requests
To request software installations, submit a verified request to technical support. This will create a ticket, and you will receive an email response upon completion or if there are additional questions.
Software installation requests are answered in the order received, and response time varies depending on your request and individual hosting account.

Please consider installing SVN and Git on shared/reseller packages. Several web hosts who offer SSH access also offer these.
When your shared hosting packages already offer WP-CLI why not install Git and SVN?

Thanks for the comment. Unfortunately, some of the options may require a level of admin access in order to configure that would not be available in a shared server environment. Additionally, due to security concerns and the possibility of abuse, these options are only available in a VPS or Dedicated server account.

You can certainly use that as well. While we cannot stop anyone from attempting to install SVN on their account, we just cannot support the process due to policies placed by our Systems team. As long as you can get it to work via SSH without needing additional access and not cause resource overuse and still stay within the terms of service, then it should work.

Unfortunately those installation instructions will notwork on our servers as they do not allow wget. Our VPS and Dedicated servers do allow it, however. If you definitely need the SVN you may want to check into an upgrade when you are ready.

I installed RockMongo through Softaculous on our website voscorp.com/mongodb but when I try to use it I get the error “To make things right, you must install php_mongo module. Here for installation documents on PHP.net.” (link is https://www.php.net/manual/en/mongo.installation.php). Is this something I can install or does an InMotion admin you need to do it on the back end?

Our apologies, but the php_mongo module cannot be loaded on a shared server account. You would need to upgrade your hosting plan to either a VPS or dedicated server in order to use it.
