Being a woman in this field, or in Jason's words, a 'girl geek'. Most people find it hard to accept a female as a system administrator until they see what you can do, and they end up remembering you more.

Weekend activities:
Surfing and clubbing.

What is your favorite aspect of interacting with clients?
Getting the really frustrated ones that are at their wit's end with a problem, and being able to figure it out and give them that sense of relief. Those are the ones that stay with us for years.
