InMotion Hosting is an industry leader specializing in web hosting and design. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager of Affiliate Marketing to join our team and manage our affiliate relationships.
In this role, you will be responsible for aggressively expanding and growing our brand across multiple platforms and using activity-based metrics to track success. You will be responsible for collaborating with product owners and sales teams so that you can positively impact company revenue and build the mindshare of InMotion.

What You’ll Do:
- Identify affiliates who align with the company’s brand values and target audience
- Support affiliates with effective resources, guidelines, and material needed to effectively promote the company’s offerings.
- Establish and nurture affiliate relationships; respond to inquiries, offer guidance and build rapport and commitment.
- Analyze affiliate campaign performance by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and revenue generation.
- Ensure that affiliates have effective tools for marketing and promotion.
- Enforce ethical practices, monitor for fraudulent activities, and take necessary action to protect the brand’s reputation and the interests of both affiliates and customers.
- Design and implement reward structures such as tiered commission rates, bonuses, and exclusive promotions that reward top-performing affiliates while maintaining or exceeding company ROI targets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies.
- Attend select industry events to network, promote InMotion, and build relationships with key influencers and industry professionals.
- Effectively manage department operational and payroll budgets.

Ideal Candidates Have:
- 5+ years of full-time professional experience in a Business Development, Affiliate, or Sales related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in Business Development within an online and B2C environment.
- Experience with Online Affiliate Marketing.
- Knowledge and experience in Web Hosting industry.
- Consultative/Solutions selling experience vs. a single Product selling background.
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Demonstrable experience at new market and revenue development.
- Experience building and managing professional relationships.
- Preferred: BA or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising or Business related coursework.
