Support Members of our support team are often the first point of contact when our customers seek additional assistance with their services. Team members assist customers over the phone, email, and chat; providing exceptional customer service by “thrilling” the customer. Team members assist customers with software integration, site building, setting up FTP and email clients, and billing related items.
Design The design group focuses on turning a customer’s vision for their business’ online presence into a reality. Our experienced group of web designers and team members handle everything from interviewing clients about their ideas all the way through the website launch. We also have a dedicated design support team who exclusively work with our clients to update their websites as their unique needs change, creating a truly custom experience. As with the rest of InMotion Hosting, the customer always come first and associates strive to provide 100% satisfaction.
Sales Our sales team is divided into two groups: Website Design Sales and Hosting Sales. The Website Design Sales group focuses on identifying client needs and recommending customized solutions. Our experienced group of sales associates will walk customers through the process of establishing, improving, and/or maintaining their presence on the internet. The Hosting Sales group is available to help setup client accounts 24 hours a day Monday thru Friday and 10-9 on Saturday and Sunday. By asking the right questions and establishing the various needs of our customers, the sales group can recommend a solution that will fit most any need. Marketing Our Marketing Department focuses on increasing the sales of InMotion brands by creating and managing programs that deliver sales leads, help convert leads into sales, and that increases retention of current customers. The team uses proven methodologies and is increasingly using new technologies in online advertising, website design, search engine optimization, social marketing, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
Development Working with some of the most popular technologies like AJAX, Linux, Unix, PHP, MySQL, and Perl; our development associates create automated resources that assist our customers with increased management of their websites and provide our team members with tools that allow them to service external and internal customers in an effective way.
Systems The System Administration group has both two Tiers with complimentary roles. System’s first responsibility is for monitoring network health and security, as such both Tier 2 associates work together to detect and mitigate threats to our infrastructure. Aside from monitoring, Tier 2 associates primary duties include handling providing custom server configuration, system maintenance, as well as performance tuning assistance to our VPS and dedicated customers. Tier 3 associates are tasked with ensuring the overall Quality of service delivered to the customer, which means they are working to improve our platform performance, handling the challenges of scaling our network, and working to upgrade the tools provided to Tier1 and Tier 2 associates for troubleshooting.
