InMotion Hosting is searching for an experienced HubSpot Administrator to help us implement and bring our Marketing and Sales strategies to life! In this role, you will utilize best practices, reporting and analytics to help achieve and increase revenue goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and maintaine HubSpot, including implementation and troubleshooting of CRM, Sales Hub and migrating legacy systems.
- Coordinate between departments to understand business requirements for HubSpot requests such as features and reports.
- Create requirements to meet functional and underlying data needs.
- Work with project teams to define, build, manage, and report on lead lifecycle, ensuring visibility, proper handoff, and data integrity.
- Create reports and dashboard views as requested to empower data-driven decision-making and increase revenue growth visibility.
- Customize department views and streamline workflows for stakeholders and department leaders.
- Manage all new user setups and deactivation, including transferring ownership of contacts/deals for deactivated users.
- Implement automation processes for lead scoring, nurturing, and conversion.
- Ensure seamless integration of HubSpot with other platforms.
- Conduct regular training sessions and support team members to maximize CRM adoption and usage across departments.
- Own HubSpot roadmap, research best practices, trends and new technology and options within HubSpot and its ecosystem to increase effectiveness.
- Identify, define, and own implementation of new ways to enhance data quality, increase scalability, and otherwise improve performance.

Ideal Candidates Have:
- 5+ years of experience managing HubSpot
- Familiarity with subscription-based ecommerce funnels
- Successful track record of business analysis support for cross-functional teams
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a high degree of proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with SQL for lightweight data cleanup in HubSpot tools, and to write requirements for DBA
- Experience with HTML and CSS for email design
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field
