InMotion Hosting, Inc., its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and brands (collectively, “Company”) reserve the right to determine, in its sole discretion, the validity of any claim. Company’s Legal Team handles the following matters: 

1. Digital Millennium Copyright Act claims

2. Trademark infringement claims

3. Publishing of Personal Information (Doxxing)

4. Customer Account ownership disputes 

5. Domain Name ownership disputes

6. Terms of Service or other Company policy violations 

7. Processing of data preservation request, warrants, subpoenas and court orders; cease and desist orders; litigation related to Company; and other legal requests
