QuickStarter Terms of Service

  1. Subject to Universal Terms of Service: The following QUICKSTARTER TERMS OF SERVICE (“QuickStarter ToS”) supplement and are subject to InMotion Hosting, Inc.’s (“Company”) Universal Terms of Service (“UToS”), which are incorporated herein by this reference. Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the UToS). In the event of a conflict between these QuickStarter ToS and the UToS, these Web Design ToS shall control.
  1. Product: Company offers Customers fee-based web design services in which Customers may retain a web designer, as selected by Company, to assist Customer to design and code a one-page website (“QuickStarter Product”). Customer shall complete an online design questionnaire form for Company to build Customer’s webpage, which is typically completed within two (2) business days. The two (2) business day turnaround is not a guarantee for orders with more than one webpage or orders subject to or part of a special promotion.
  1. Fee: Customer agrees to pay the then current rate for the QuickStarter Product. 
  1. Cancellation and Non-Refundable Product: This web design service is a one-time, non-refundable fee.
  1. Refund Policy: The Quickstarter Web Design service is a one-time, non-refundable fee. 
  1. Webpage Updates: Once Customer’s webpage is launched, Customer will be solely responsible for any updates to Customer’s webpage.
