Using the Repeat Visitor Block
When the block appears you’ll have a few options. The example below is the block set with an image and text.
Option | Description |
---|---|
Visit count threshold | This is the value for the number of times a visitor must visit the page/post before the block’s |
Show after threshold | This will be the number of times a post/page will need to be viewed before the block is displayed |
Show before threshold | This will be the number of times a post/page will need to be viewed before the block is not displayed |
The example of the repeat visitor block displayed above shows an image and text that would be displayed after the post had been viewed 3 times by a user. It will only apply to the user who visits the page 3 times or more. This option is great for responses that you want to provide that emphasizes another way to communicate when a visitor is looking for more information.
Setting the option to Show before the threshold means that the block will be visible until the threshold has been met. This option is good for occasions when you wish to show something, but want to limit its viewing.
