All of our servers offer webmail access. Webmail is a tool you can use to send and receive your email from your browser, and is an alternative to setting up an email client such as Outlook or Mac Mail to check your email.
If you cannot log into webmail, be sure of the following:
- You should log into webmail using example.com/webmail (be sure to replace example.com with your actual domain name). If you are not prompted for a username and password, instead of example.com/webmail please try webmail.example.com
- When prompted for a username and password, please use your full email address all lowercase as the username (and the corresponding email account’s password as the password). Do not use your cpanel username as your webmail username.
Good morning.
One of team members ([email protected]) has had problems receiving hundreds of spam mails at the beginnig of the week and finally blocking the account and now she can´t login into it. CAn you help me with this? Any suggestions?
Thank you
Juan
If they haven’t already I recommend enabling Spam Assassin since it can help fight spam. You can then adjust the Spam Assassin settings as needed.
You could also create user level filtering rules in cPanel if you want to block specific addresses.
Thank you,
John-Paul
The canned info database did not solve my problem.
Hello Jim,
We do appreciate any questions, but we do need further detail. Please provide more information on the problem and we would be happy to investigate. We generally need a description of the exact problem, details (like an email address or error message), and any steps you’ve done so that we can attempt to duplicate the issue. If you have an account with us, then providing the URL would help us as we can investigate the issue directly.
Regards,
Arnel C.
