Setting Out of Range behavior for a Carrier is one such detail. This describes how a carrier will behave, or display, in the carrier list in regards to shipping your product. An order can be out of range if it is beyond the normal scope of the carrier (too heavy, too tall, etc.) For example, if a package is too large according to the maximum specifications you defined, then the carrier will either charge the maximum fee, or not deliver the package at all. The steps below show you how to set that. To set the Out of range behavior for a Carrier in PrestaShop 1.5: Log into your PrestaShop 1.5 dashboard Using the top menu bar, hover over the Shipping tab and select Carriers from the menu.
