We have several planned maintenance windows scheduled for the evening of October 09, 2014. We make every effort to minimize downtime as a result of maintenance. However, maintenance is sometimes necessary to ensure the stability and security of our hosting environment. Find out what server your account is on.
cPanel Upgrades
The following servers will be getting cPanel upgrades on October 09, 2014 at 9PM (EDT). No outages are expected during the upgrade, but the cPanel my be intermittently unvailable.

MySQL Maintenance

In order to address an issue related to MySQL, shared server biz100 will be undergoing a maintenance window. During this time, your website should remain up and running as usual; however, if your website operates off of a MySQL database that utilizes InnoDB tables, those tables will be placed in read-only mode for the duration of the maintenance. Most websites will continue to function normally, but updates to these tables will not take place until after the maintenance is complete.

In order to address a filesystem issue on shared server ld128, we will be taking the server offline for a filesystem check.
West Coast Network Maintenance
We will be performing a router firmware upgrade on our West Coast Data Center on 10/09/14 at 10 PM (EDT). There is an expected network outage of less than 5 minutes for this maintenance.
