Our network engineering team will be performing an enhancement to our network to further improve the security and reliability of our East and West Coast networks. The maintenance will begin at 11pm (EDT) for the East Coast and 11pm (PDT) for the West Coast. The maintenance should take about 5 minutes per coast. Downtime is not expected, but should it occur, it should last no longer than 3 minutes.

I’m having problems connecting to all of the accounts on my server. No problems with other websites just the accounts I have hosted here. I have even had to reload this page multiple times to send this message.
I recommend performing a Ping/Traceroute test to provide additional clues. We have a full guide on “How to read a traceroute” to help you decide if it needs to be forwarded to Support.

We have trouble accessing our email accounts [email protected], both clients and outloock as well as in the web service “webmail” we get this message: Unexpected condition from IMAP server, closed or corrupt connection to IMAP. Possible mailbox corruption.
