QuickStarter provides a convenient and easy to use solution for immediately getting a simple website up and running. It is therefore important to understand what QuickStarter does not provide in order to provide clear expectations for the service.
What You Don’t Get with QuickStarter
The following list provides details on the services that QuickStarter does not provide.
Consultation with a Design expert
A Customer Questionnaire is used in lieu of a consultation when QuickStarter is purchased. You need to make sure that any information you want on your QuickStarter site is included in your answers to the questionnaire. This information is used to create the one page site.
Updates or Changes
InMotion Hosting does not provide any updates or changes for a QuickStarter site. The only exceptions include any spelling errors, incorrect phone numbers/addresses, and any unresponsive links added to the QuickStarter site during its creation. These errors will be corrected at no charge.
Custom Images or Logos
Updates and changes include the added visuals (e.g. logos or product images). Corrections or changes will not apply to the provided images. All visuals can be changed by the customer once they receive their BoldGrid login credentials.
Site Review Before Delivery
Information received from the Customer Questionnaire is used to build the site. The QuickStarter site is live once delivered and there is no customer review process.
Additional Pages for the QuickStarter Site
The option of purchasing additional pages can be done through the White Glove service. Each page is $99 per page for up to 3 pages. After the third page customers are subject to regular White Glove/InMotion Web Design service prices.
WordPress Updates
The QuickStarter site is built on WordPress with BoldGrid. Each customer is responsible for keeping their WordPress installation and any installed plugins up-to-date using the WordPress Administrator dashboard.
Refunds
Due to the size of the QuickStarter site and its brevity, the QuickStarter service is non-refundable. Each QuickStarter site is a simple WordPress site and can be transferred as needed.
