In this article, we’ll cover how to disable the auto-login feature for WordPress in Softaculous Instant Installer for cPanel users.
This article only applies to VPS and Dedicated Hosting servers.
Don’t have Softaculous already? Purchase it from AMP to save time installing websites in the future.
Disable Auto-Login
- Log in to WHM as root.
- On the left, select Softaculous – Instant Installer.
- On the left, select Settings, then General.
- Under End User Panel Settings, check the box beside Disable Auto Login.
- Click Edit Settings.
Now, the admin link will prompt you for login credentials.
