Website does not open after move from subdirectory to root directory

After moving created joomla website from subdirectory to root directory, encounter this error "Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'RuntimeException' with message 'Joomla Platform not loaded.' in /home/primar18/public_html/libraries/import.legacy.php:54 Stack trace: #0 /home/primar18/public_html/administrator/includes/framework.php(33): require_once() #1 /home/primar18/public_html/administrator/index.php(31): require_once('/home/primar18/...') #2 {main} thrown in /home/primar18/public_html/libraries/import.legacy.php on line 54" Please help. Any suggestion is most appreciated.

This one is based on moving from a subfolder to the root, but the concept is basically the same.
