Change support center username

I would like to change the user name for the support center. I read in a response this is possible and that you need me logged in to make the change.

The new username I would like is JimS if not then Jim5.

Hello openii5, Thank you for your question on changing your username. We can certainly do this for you, however you will need to contact the Live Support team to make the request so we can verify the account. Kindest Regards, Scott M
