SSL Certificate security issue

Hi, I have installed ssl certificate and it was working fine. But suddenly "We've had a few client tell us that when trying to make a reservation on our website they get a security warning stating that this transaction is not secure. "
I am not sure why this is happening

Hello Amanda1@1, Thanks for submitting a question about an SSL Certificate security issue. I took a look into your certificate and please make sure you know that the SSL will only work on https://shop.chicagodetours.com not https://chicagodetours.com.
