Change web root page for Subdomain...

We added www1.example.com to point to shared ip 111.222.111.222 in our gandi DNS zone file. and uploaded a test page to web root. After trying access http://www.1.example.com/ , test page did not display. But if we access http://www1.example.com.tw/~example5/ , we can get the test page displayed in the browser. How can we configure it to display the test page on http://www.1.example.com/ ?

Hello kentzeng, Thank you for contacting us about setting up a subdomain to display. When you create a subdomain, you can specify the document root. Next, ensure your 'A record' for the subdomain, is pointed to the correct shared IP address. This should result in the subdomain resolving to the document root you specified.
