I recommend you check your phpinfo file to see where the issue lies.

Hello Haadi.janudin,
Thanks for the question in regards to the upload size for a business power plan. By default, the size is set to something fairly small (2MB). You can change the upload size in the php.ini file. If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.
Kindest regards,
Arnel C.
Good day,
Last Monday (July 20, 2020), I uploaded a MP3 file (28 MB) via Wordpress Media upload and it worked fine. I've been doing this process with similar file size, for over a year.
Today, Wordpress says upload file size upload is capped at 2MB. (Strange)
I consulted the InMotion article below and increased the upload size. It now says "64 MB" is largest upload size but my 30 MB will still not upload.
https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/product-guides/wordpress-hosting/how-to-increase-the-maximum-file-upload-size-in-wordpress/
Any suggestions how to resolve?
This feels like a server side InMotion change pushed out to Wordpress sites as we have not made changes internally.
Thanks in advance.
