I cannot edit or add products to my website

When I sign into my website dashboard page (Presta Shop) and try to add or edit my catalog products, it won't let me. It takes me to the products page but when I try to add a product or edit a product it just states that it is loading AND/OR sometimes it bumps me back to the sign-in page. I am using Windows 10 on my laptop BUT it does the same thing when I try on my ipad. Can you help me please

Hello TheWackyWoodworker, Thank you for contacting us about issues editing/adding products in PrestaShop. I would start by turning error reporting on. By default, error reporting is turned off. This prevents error messages from being displayed in the browser. Enabling the error reporting will allow the message to display in the browser to give you an idea of there the problem may lie. This is a very handy tool when debugging or troubleshooting any odd store behavior. Next, troubleshoot your .htaccess file, as there may be a redirect setup there incorrectly.
