Cannot get CRONs working

I am having problems figuring out the proper CRON format for the following cmd that will work for InMotion:
http://mysite.com/index.php?option=com_acysms&ctrl=cron
This cmd works stand alone and I used lynx with my previous host. Any thoughts?
