Problems with mail that fails and is not stored

Good day,

I have 2 problems with the mail at this time.

First is that apparently is not getting some mails . Some customers complain, that send an email several times and i do not answer them . And we check and did several tests and indeed the mail does not arrive. Several attempts were made ??but no mail arrives.
i check out of course, the spam folder, nothing in there. This happened with some mails.

The second problem is that mail is not stored on the server, immediately I open my mail client, (i use thunderbird as mail client ), after 5 minutes, the mail is away from the server.
In the options is selected the " leave mail on server" option , and unselect the option " delete after x days " and, unselected " until I delete them " option.

I have also selected " until I delete them " option for testing, but the same problem happens...

Please help me with these issues.

Hello, Sorry to hear you are having issues receiving mail. Have you tried the recommendations in our article on issues receiving mail? If you have tried those and still cannot solve the issue, you will need to contact Live Support so they can work with you on stepping through the process while watching the email logs to see how the server is dealing with the emails. As for your emails disappearing, it sounds as if you have a device that is connecting via POP3. A device connecting using POP3 will remove emails from the server and download them to itself. This means that other devices will not see the emails. Kindest Regards, Scott M
