E-mails are going to junk in error.

Recently several "good" e-mails I receive are being put in my "junk" box. Have to carefully go down every junk mail to make sure I don't empty good ones. What is happening? I open them and say "this is not junk" but it reverts back to the "Junk" box. Help

Hello, Are you using filters or spam assassin to manage your junk mail? If you are using Spam Assassin you can white-list email addresses. Unfortunately when dealing with spam sometimes things will end up in the junk folder. Best Regards, TJ Edens
