Virus / Malware protection at host level

Just a quick one really, I'm writing a privacy policy and wanted to include Site Protection. At a Server/Host level is my site protected by Inmotion Hosting? I would assume you have Virus and Malware detection. Any details would be very helpful. Cheers Neil

Hello, Thanks for the question about Virus/Malware protection at the host level. In general, viruses and malware at the host level is not an issue because the servers aren't open to the general user. Accounts are sectioned off, so users can only access their accounts. The servers are monitored daily. You can also request a scan by submitted ticket.
