Can not reach to website

Hi,

I have created a addon domain (zenyolu.com)  under my domain (capsimturkey.com) and set up wordpress. 

But I cannot reach to zenyolu.com/wp-admin through several attemps.


Also I can reach my other websites www.capsimturkey.com and www.praxis-int.com with no problem.

What can be the reason? I am getting

403 Forbidden

Request forbidden by administrative rules.

Hello,
Our website is having issues and going into a infinite redirect loop???
http://littlebrownmushroom.com/wp-admin

But if you go here http://littlebrownmushroom.com/wp-login.php
and try and login you get a 403 error.

How can this be resolved...

Hello Ultrapress, Sorry to hear you are having an issue with 403 errors. These are most commonly due to permissions issues with files and/or folders. You can have our Live Support team run a permissions fix script on your account to attempt to correct this. Also, it is possible that the coding in the .htaccess file is incorrect. I checked the paths you referenced against the domain names on the account and none of those will work as they are not legitimate paths. If you contact support about the permissions, be sure to reference the specific paths you are having issues with so they can test before and after for you. Kindest Regards, Scott M

A part of the prevention is to fix the WordPress Dashboard login security on the wp-login.php page. Please see the following article on this. WordPress wp-login.php brute force attack If you follow the instruction in that article you will be able to fix your login.
