Trouble getting cron task to work

I am trying to send out a newsletter using Magento. It has worked in the past but doesn't work now. The newsletter ques up but never sends. Inmotionhosting's cron task IS working to send out every hour and I see that it IS working and sending me notices to my email. But the Newsletter is not being sent.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Since you have confirmed the cron is running, this is most likely an issue with the setup in Magento, or the coding of the cron job.
