New uploaded Product image shown as empty box in Opencart admin

New uploaded Product image shown as empty box in Opencart admin Iamage Manager. At first in Image Manager, all images load fine. But when I search any image. Then most images are shown empty, and when I take cursor on top of them. It eliminates 1st letter of all images. For example: "CASIO.PNG" url is shown as "ASIO.png" and hence empty image is shown.
Same thing happens when I upload "CASIO Edifice Blac.png" , and search for it. IMAGE MANAGER shows "ASIO Edifice Blac.png"
Files are uploading fine as CPANEL MANAGER SHOWING CASIO Edifice Blac.png in their directory.
