Thank you for contacting us about your friends not receiving emails. Ensure you have setup SPF/DKIM, and DMARC for your domain. This tells the recipient servers that you are a valid mail server, the email has not been tampered with, and DMARC provides rules for handling emails without SPF and DKIM setup. Some servers will deny incoming emails from domains that do not have these setup.
If you are having trouble with a specific address or around a specific time, I recommend checking your email logs for errors or record of the email transmission. For example, when an email is delivered successfully to a recipient server, it will be logged along with the time stamp. If you are on a shared server our live support team can help you check the email log for the email address or at a specific time.
