Incoming emails hidden outlook 365

I'm using Outlook 365. Have several email addresses. Two of them, the incoming emails do NOT go into the "in box" and I can't find them. However, when I do a search for a specific word of my test email, that missing email shows up and is displayed. I just don't know where it is prior to that. It's as if that incoming email is missing or hiding somewhere. Appreciate the help!

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about hidden emails in your Inbox. Check your Spam Filter settings, as it may be moving them to another folder. Also, if you are using your IMAP settings, ensure you are subscribed to the "INBOX" as the root folder. Keep in mind this is specific to our servers, and may differ on other email hosts.
