Cannot Update Contact Information

Hi,
I click on edit contact information, change the company name, click on Save changes and nothing happens.
Can you please help?

Hello myplac8, Thank you for the instructions, they were excellent! I was able to follow along in my own AMP, but once I clicked the Save button it did not turn gray, but rather refreshed to the page before. Clicking "Edit Contact Information" again brought me back and I saw that the Company field did indeed change. It appears there may be an anomaly in your account. You may want to contact our Live Support to have them take a look and either set the name for you, or fix it. Kindest Regards, Scott M

Hello myplac8, Thank you for your question on updating contact information. I am not quite sure what you are referring to specifically. Are you referring to your account billing contact information or contact information on a website? If a website, which program are you using and what steps are you taking exactly? Also, you say 'nothing happens'. What are you expecting to happen that is not working? Are there any error messages? Please provide as much detail as possible so we can attempt to understand, duplicate, and correct the error. Kindest Regards, Scott M
