My dropdown menu boxes are not the same size

Hi Guys i am sure one of you can help if i can explain the question properly.

I have a drop down menu with these words
Landscapes
Special FX
Advert shots
The drop down menu works fine and the links are all working well but there is something, i think in the CSS, that's causing the boxes holding the above words to be different sizes.

Its quite hard to explain but hope someone can help me
