OUTLOOK out going server

Hi,
Can someone help me? My company is using SquirrelMail webmail for nuts! and i have followed all the instruction. but the "send test e-mail message" always says

"Send test e-mail message: Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP)."

what should i do? please help me with this?
