Reverse dns inmotion failure

using a reseller account ,why is your reverse dns fails or not set automatically ? in Hostgator I didn't have this issue and rdns is set automatically.

Hello, Apologies for the problems that you're reporting regarding the reverse DNS. I asked around, and while it is not always setup for some accounts, it is my understanding that you can request for reverse DNS to be setup for your account. You would need to submit a verified support ticket to our live tech support team to have this done. As for the beep sound, the software that we're using for chat isn't something we developed, though, it may be possible to add such a feature.
