Why is it so difficult to create a help ticket?
I log into the Support Center, go to the bottom of the page and click on [Submit Ticket] only to be sent to a page describing the multitude of ways to ask for help and then to log in.
Very frustrating and counterproductive to the otherwise outstandingly user-friendly interface.
