Visual Studio FTP Deployment

I'm trying to deploy a project via FTP in Visual Studios. I have the following settings:

Server: ftp.mysite.com
Port: 21
Username: cpanel login
Password: cpanel password

Install method CD-ROM
Not checking for updates.

I keep getting rejections every time, I tried using the /public_html/myfolder as well, no luck.

If you are using a Firewall, check your access settings there. What are the rejections you are getting? For example are you getting an error such as "unable to add file," or "authentication failed"?
