Site Hacked: malicious redirection

Hello,
A site has been hacked and we were not able to remove the malware.
By scanning the website on sucurii, it has identified a malware:
A malicious redirection was detected on the web site. It modifies the .htaccess to redirect users to a TDS, which then pushes the user to fake AV or spam sites.
But when we open the .htaccess file there's nothing there. We have deleted the .htaccess file but we're still having the malware.
What should we do now?

Hello, Thank you for your question. I would suggest having our support department scan your account for malware as they have a better scanner than clamAV. Best Regards, TJ Edens
