Email not working as expected

Numerous contact have sent emails to my account in the last several weeks that I never received. I have checked my In Motion email account via webmail (Horde) and I have never found anything there except spam. My gmail account polls my In Motion email and I do get test emails that I send to myself, but many people have claimed to send me emails to my In Motion hosted address that I do not find in my inbox. Additionally, I have deleted emails from the inbox, yet they never "go away". They remain forever in the trash folder.

Hello, Sorry to hear you are having issues with your email. That is definitely not normal behavior. As this seems to be an account specific issue, you will want to check with our Live Support team so they can check your individual mail logs in the server and give you the information they find there.
