Redirects on Shared Hosting Plan

Hi,
I'm looking a for a hosting for my Wordpress website.
The shared business hosting/launch plan fits perfectly for my need, but I have the following requirement :
- Some specific URL have to be proxified to an other website of mine

I've noticed this tutorial https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/htaccess/redirect-without-changing-url

Is this available in the "shared business hosting plan" ?
If so, is it possible to proxify to an https URL (require SSLClientEngine) ?

I looked at the guide you referenced on How to redirect a domain without changing the URL, and all of the examples described there are possible on a shared plan.
