I need a shopping cart that will work with PayPal, is easy to use and allow the following,,,
I use a drop shipper for order fulfillment, and they charge for shipping by price eg
$24.99 to $39,99 = $10.00 for shipping
$40.00 to $49.99 =$12.50 for shipping

Thank you for your question on setting up shipping in OsCommerce by price. Please take a look at our article on how to set up table rate shipping. This allows you to set up different levels of shipping by either weight or price.
