This Connection is Untrusted - SSL Certificate Expired

This Connection is Untrusted appears when trying to access my account. When I look further, it says that my certificate expired yesterday, yet my SSL certificate renewed last week. I did not receive any communication that there was anything I needed to do. Can you please advise?

Hello sjbmaine, Sorry to hear your site giving a connection is untrusted error. You can always check on the validity and the security chain by visiting sites such as SSL Shopper's SSL checker. If you see that the SSL is indeed expired, you will want to contact Live Support as to the status of your new version. Kindest Regards Scott M
