white background in logo
am trying to upload a jpeg logo with a white background but the system keeps dropping out the white background (making it transparent) and I don't want it to...how can I keep the white background in the template? We are trying to use template av-157. Thanks.
Sorry to hear you are having issues with your logo. I tested on my own account with the same template ID. If I upload an jpg image, it maintains as a jpg image. The builder does not seem to be doing any conversion to other image types as would be necessary for transparent backgrounds. JPG images cannot do transparent backgrounds, only GIF and PNG can do that. I checked your logo within your account and it is saying it is a png within the builder. I checked it on the preview and it also says it is png.
Be sure to upload a jpg or a non-transparent png or gif. Your logo then should display with the background color.
