Problems with logging into phpMyadmin

When I try to long into phpMyAdmin, the site hangs for a while, then resolves to one of two error pages. The first is No data received/ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE. The second loads the CPanel skin, but the only content is "The system will redirect you in a moment."

Hello, Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your phpMyAdmin login. On a shared server, you should only need to log into the cPanel. From there, when you click on the phpMyAdmin icon, it should allow you access. If this is not the behavior you are having, you will need to contact our Live Support in order for them to check the logs and see what is going on with the access. Kindest Regards, Scott M
