SSL Error on Mobile Chrome

I have a client using InMotion hosting with an SSL certificate purchased through inmotion as well. They are receiving an SSL (NS_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID) error on their website when people visit the website using Chrome on Android devices. This issue does not present itself on anything other than those certain, newer Android devices. Is there any way to reissue the SSL certificate to workaround this error?

Hello justinlabenne, Thank you for your question regarding an SSL Error on Mobile Chrome. I would suggest contacting our support team to have extra SSL files removed from the server as that is what causes this error on android devices. Best Regards, TJ Edens
