I don't know how to access an FTP site
A person has made available to the general public several hundred thousand documents. The documents are on microfilm rolls, the contents of which may be downloaded from an FTP server. The person has provided the following information in the form indicated to persons who wish to access those files:

Insofar as I can determine, the person who is making the documents publicly available has not indicated WHERE a person interested in accessing the material, such as myself. is supposed to get that material.
