Hello JHNSMTH1, Thank you for your question on PayPal Phishing Notice on our servers. We do not allow that type of page or site on our servers. It is simply behavior that is against our Terms of Service. That certainly does not stop individuals from trying, however. Many times the account owner is unaware as it is a hack of some sort.
