W3 Super Cache plugin corrupt

Inmotion Hosting suggested I reach out to your community as you have a team in place to handle CMS specific issues that fall outside of the scope of their general support.

They attempted to disable the W3 Super Cache plugin on my behalf & claim it's causing more problems with my website (www.problemsolver.ca).

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Ryan, Sorry to hear you area having issues with your W3 Super Cache plugin. Community Support can only give general advise, we are not able to actively work on accounts due to a lack of account verification. As far as disabling your plugin, what have you tried so far? Have you tried disabling/removing it via the normal method from the plugins page? What type of errors are you seeing after? Have you checked out our article on troubleshooting WordPress issues?
