How can spammers get by Boxtrapper?

I've been using Boxtrapper for several years now. A couple of years ago, I contacted support because more spam was getting past Boxtrapper than it was stopping. This continues today. I have monitored my white list very closely, and every day spam emails hit my inbox from senders that are not in my Boxtrapper white list.

Where can I forward these emails to for investigation, so Boxtrapper can be fixed to handle them?

Hello, Sorry to hear that you're having problem with Boxtrapper not stopping spam. If Boxtrapper is letting emails by, then it's possible that spammers are spoofing an address that is on the ignore or whitelist of your Boxtrapper installation. Make sure that you SPF enabled to help stop possible spoofing of your own email address. You should also use Domain Keys to help combat incoming spam. You can submit a verified support ticket to our live support team who can have the issue investigated in more depth. They would need to have the copies of the emails getting by your boxtrapper rules and information regarding the accounts where you have Boxtrapper activated.
