Joomla sites are very slow

Hello
I purchased a service you have
Sites on this server bricks can be very slow.
I am using Joomla!
Even have the ability to cache active site
Sites are very slow
For example: Site ********.ir in the administration is slow and sometimes error
I think if a large number of users on the site stops working
